Gregg, Adam, and Luke spent a decade working together at a boutique M&A firm. They saw hundreds of businesses valued the same way - revenue in, multiple applied, number out. But they also saw something the spreadsheets missed: the operational workflows inside those businesses were worth far more as technology than as line items on a P&L.
In 2023, they founded XGX.AI to act on that thesis. The first test was simple - rebuild the internal systems at FMS, a recruitment firm run by Darren Green. No fee. No contract. Just a proof of concept. It worked. That collaboration became HireStack.
Since then, we've partnered with businesses across the UK, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia - spanning recruitment, construction, HR, social care, e-learning, accounting, and marketing.
We don't bill hours. We build companies. Every partnership is a 50/50 joint venture - our development capacity in exchange for shared ownership. We only succeed when you do.
The most valuable technology starts inside existing operations. We don't import off-the-shelf solutions - we extract software from the workflows you already run, turning costs into assets.
We take on one or two new partners per month. Not because we can't scale - because we won't. Great products need full attention, not divided focus.
Our first product was built for free. That conviction hasn't changed - we lead with work, not pitch decks. If we can't demonstrate the value before asking for your commitment, we haven't earned it.
